The road to creative leadership doesn’t often cut through business school, but after 25 years in the agency world, it’s clear to me that unique path is exactly what has fueled my success and distinguished my creative point of view.

I currently lead the Denver office of Tracy-Locke/Omicom Commerce Group as Executive Vice President, Creative working in a hybrid capacity from Denver, Colorado. I have the honor of leading of team of world-class, commerce-minded creative talent in the development of conversion-driving campaigns and experiences including Branding & Communication, Retail Activation, eCommerce, Social Media Marketing, Web/Digital Properties and Creative Technology.

I believe that creativity has the power to solve business problems and make a real-world impact and have enjoyed proving it for world-class clients like Nestle Starbucks, Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Frito Lay and many more.
